Check out this quick video we shot while training:
There were some unique pieces of equipment that we don’t have at any of the gyms around our home, so we were excited to try them out. The dumbbells went all the way up to 200 pounds, and the space is large so no one is in the way. Although we didn’t check it out, the upstairs has a huge group fitness and turf section for those that prefer functional and group fitness classes.
The front desk had a fresh juice bar, prepped meals, and other supplements available for purchase. The locker rooms were clean and they had a happy light available for use with a comfy chair, which I thought was a great idea! The child care facility looked like a fun space and is available every day, so parents don’t have to stress about when they can get to the gym. And the membership prices were amazingly reasonable! They were actually less than the memberships we pay at home for a much older, much smaller facility.
Although we only had two days to spend, we will definitely be back to visit! If you’re ever in the Worcester, Massachusetts area, we definitely recommend visiting Impact Fitness!
