Taking control of your health, a fitness transformation story

Meet Megan

I have always enjoyed working out, but my actual journey didn’t start until my recent divorce.

2019 was a hard year for me and my emotions were all over the place. One big way this affected me was my physical health. I wasn’t eating right or taking care of my body like I should have been. I needed a lifestyle change.

After having two kids my weight had fluctuated a lot over the years. One year I would be at a healthy weight and the next I’d be overweight again. I’ve managed to work off most of my weight myself with running and at-home Beach Body workouts, but what really ramped up my fitness game was hiring a personal trainer. This is the BEST investment I have ever made for myself! Having someone to motivate you and hold you accountable really helps. This also helped change my eating habits which helps me control my weight fluctuations better now. Learning that self-discipline was much needed.

Words cannot describe how much happier I am with myself through this journey and I cannot wait to see where the future takes me! I love seeing my body change and that’s the biggest motivating factor to keep me pushing through. The hard work is SO worth it and I have so much more energy for me and my two kiddos. I’m so much happier with the way I look and it reflects in my “new” personality. I hope to one day pass along the inspiration and help others reach their goals through fitness as well.
