Coloring isn’t just for kids. It has been scientifically proven that coloring is a great stress reducer, so I decided to put one of my biggest mantra’s into coloring form. If you’re a fitness buff that needs a kick in the pants every now and again… or even just a reminder that you’re kick ass and not to give up, then print out this fitness coloring page, take a bit of a breather and get to coloring! Once done, hang it somewhere you’ll be able to see it when you need a bit of motivation!
Working out is another huge stress reliever for me. With a busy career, children and dogs at home, finding an outlet for stress is important to my overall mental health, as well as physical health.
I used colored pencils, but you could also use water colors, oil pastels, markers or crayons – whatever you find most relaxing is key.
